SummeRain currently delivers all over Germany. If you would like to receive your order outside of Germany, please drop us a line at hello@getsummerrain.de and we'll find a way to get it delivered to you 🙂.
Shipping is free for all orders 💸 🙌.
Orders placed before 1 p.m. will be processed on the same day. After handover to DHL, it takes 1-3 working days until delivery (climate neutral😇).
We currently offer 3 delivery options:
🚚 Fast delivery - 1-3 days, excl. Sundays. This option is default and free
🏎 VVery Fast delivery - Less than 24h (on average), excl. Sundays. This option costs an extra €6,99, but it's worth it when you forgot to refill your Matcha Jar and you need it like right now
✨Special delivery - Our favorite. Meet up with Roman & Moritz at a Berlin cafe of your choice, get a drink on us and your order personally handed to you. Perfect option if you're down to hang 🙂
If the contents of the box are damaged or you are unhappy with your order, simply contact orders@getsummerrain.de within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll make things right. Depending on your needs, we can help you with a refund, shop credit or replacement.
